Born in Jiaozhou, Qingdao in 1963；

　　Transferred to civilian work and invested in the establishment of Qingdao Taixing Cable Co., Ltd.”

      During the army, Li Yancun held posts in succession as monitor, platoon leader, company commander, battalion commander, war service brainman, war service section chief, military supplies section chief & military factory director. He was chosen as Five · four young model and gained contributions medal in Jinan Military Area. He was cited for Merit Citation, Third Class and awarded the title of “excellent shooting commander”.
